Founders and trustees of the Foundation

Michael Dallen, an attorney and author, started the
First Covenant Foundation (originally, the Rainbow Covenant
Foundation). Working with Jack E. Saunders and Rabbi Michael
Katz, he is its director and its first trustee. Michael Dallen is Jewish. A 20-year member of the National Council
of Americans for a Safe Israel, he began treating Israel's Torah Covenant completely seriously only after learning of the First Covenant. He wrote,

Rev. Jack E. Saunders, who began
his professional career as a Baptist pastor, is the president
and lector (principal teacher) of Frazier's Chapel, a Noahide
center near Cleveland, Tennessee - just outside Chattanooga. A leading figure in the
modern Noahide movement, he and Michael Dallen founded the
First Covenant Foundation together. He currently serves as a trustee and co-director. A devout student of Scripture and Torah,
a teacher, essayist and lecturer, he has introduced thousands
of students to the First Covenant and to loving

Rabbi Michael Katz has served
as a rabbinic adviser to Noahides since 1989.
He has been a First Covenant Foundation trustee and director since the
foundation's beginning. Rabbi Katz worked with Michael Dallen and Rev. Jack Saunders on Rainbow
Covenant; he was the first rabbinic scholar to review and edit it before publication. He wrote its foreword. He
began his professional career in South Africa. A writer, lecturer,
businessman and Torah teacher, Rabbi Katz lives in South Florida
with his wife, Toby (daughter of the late Rabbi Nachman Bulman,
